Business Manager – Bologna (TMC)We are hiring a Business Manager in Bologna to lead business development, manage client relationships, and coordinate consultants, driving value and sustainable growth for the business unit.About This VacancyThe Business Manager will be responsible for developing their own Business Unit, managing business development activities, client relationships, and consultant coordination. They will actively participate in the recruitment process, oversee the career path of the team, and be accountable for the P&L of the Unit. We are seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented professional capable of creating value and fostering sustainable growth for the business unit.Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness development and acquisition of new clientsManagement and retention of the existing client portfolioSelection, onboarding, and management of consultantsPerformance monitoring and definition of growth strategiesCollaboration with the recruiting and HR team to ensure proper project‑to‑skill matchingMarket analysis and identification of new opportunitiesRequirementsDegree in Engineering or EconomicsMBA completed (considered a plus)Minimum 1 year up to 10 years in relevant rolesExperience in commercial or business development roles, preferably in technology consultingResults‑oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindsetKnowledge of key analysis and reporting toolsLanguagesFluent ItalianProfessional EnglishWhat You Can Expect From UsTMC Italia is a technology consulting company that promotes Employeneurship, a unique model that combines the stability of a permanent contract with the freedom to develop your own professional path.
