Translates supply plans into efficient transport execution while collaborating closely with warehouses, carriers, and customer service teamsRole and responsibilities Plan and schedule transportation activities in line with supply and delivery requirements.Coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery of goods.Optimize transport routes, loads, and cost while maintaining high service levels.Monitor transport performance and resolve exceptions or delays proactively.Ensure accurate documentation and compliance including creation of export/import instructions as needed per country-specific flows.Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment.Contribute to transport-related projects and process improvement initiatives.Support sustainability goals by optimizing CO₂ emissions and transport modesFunctional skills Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 1 - 4 yearsUnderstanding of European transport operations and incoterms.Familiarity with shipment documentation and compliance, including export declarations, T1/T2 documentation, CMRs, and packing lists.Knowledge of transport cost structures and carrier performance metrics.Experience coordinating with external logistics providers.Transport Management Systems (TMS), e.g., SAP TM, Oracle Transport ManagementExcel and transport tracking toolSoft skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.Able to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesSeniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Supply ChainIndustries Food and Beverage Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
