We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help our Haircare Division grow while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.As our Brand Manager, you will ensure the completeness, excellence and competitiveness of the assigned Brands, managing its product lifecycle, also identifying and developing new product & service opportunities in line with company standards and its sustainable values. The role involves thought leadership of the Colour Category and the coordination and collaboration of the key cross functional team members.What You Will Doensure a positive and healthy working environment across the colour category teammanage and develop one direct report, ensuring effective coaching and workload prioritizationbe accountable for the Brand strategy, including the setting of brand vision, value proposition and brand guidelines, from short to long termown the definition of the strategic positioning of the brand towards competitors in the same market segmentbe accountable for the business plan / business potential of each new product / product family / brand in order to get the approval of the project itselfbe process owner of product and services creation across the cross-functional teamsdrive the specific briefs for design & development of new products and servicesdefine the Marketing mix of each new product / product family / brand, including the value preposition, the key claims and the price positioningidentify and produce the communication assets, along the marketing funnel, essential to promote the right positioning of the brands or products in all the channels, working in close collaboration with COMslead the delivery of all the marketing materials related to new products / product families / or brands (e.g. in-salon communication, product dossier, etc)oversee the maintenance of the brand including budget responsibilities but not limited totrack and monitor the health of the brand across all key metrics including analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials to be shared on a quarterly basis with key stakeholdersWho You Areat least 4-5 years' demonstrable marketing experience in a similar environmentfluent in English, Italian is a plusability to craft excellent marketing briefs and to engage the relevant stakeholders in their delivery, and proactive attitude in contributing to iterations on creative concepts designability to own brand development projects and on-the-field shadowing to discuss the specific characteristics of the product in terms of formulation, packaging and productionclear understanding of cross-functional processes in Brand development and in-depth knowledge of Go-to-Market processesstrong storytelling abilitiesability to manage medium budgetscapable to prioritize time and efforts to achieve efficiency and effectivenessengaging attitude with stakeholders at any organizational level including Executivesability to develop powerful stories and delivering impactful, concise messages and engaging presentationscollaborative, team-building and proactive attitude when dealing with ambiguityability to represent the Brand and the Company towards the whole Davines Community (inside and outside the Organization), acting as facilitator of relations building especially throughout the Professional Haircare sectorsensitivity and in-depth knowledge of our clients and partnersbrand awareness – a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mixstrong communication skillsrelationship management skills: able to facilitate/maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contactshaving a hands‑on attitudedetermination and perseverance with a strong focus on resultsWHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH USAt Davines Group, we may not be perfect, but we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring environment where we grow together.
