Collection specialist

Il Credit Collection Specialist and Analyst avrà due principali responsabilità:Gestire in autonomia un portafoglio di recupero crediti in fase legale (Recovery stage) Monitorare le performance e reportistiche degli Studi Legali Esterni a cui viene affidato il portafoglio non performing della Banca.Dovrà altresì implementare dashboard di risultato su KPIs fissati da ING secondo criteri di gruppo automatizzando le attuali reportistiche ed efficientando le performance degli outsourcers grazie a continue analisi confronti e challange tra fornitori competitors.Inoltre dovrà verificare sempre grazie a reportistiche mirate che le attività svolte e i risultati ottenuti dagli outsourcers siano in linea con le previsioni contrattuali rispettose di SLA e ambition levels condivisi.Quanto al portafoglio legale in propria gestione dovrà essere di supporto agli Studi per il buon esito dellIter Legale e altresì spingere perchè in ogni fase della procedura si possa realizzare un accordo transattivo con il cliente per la definizione bonaria delle vertenze.Dovrà inoltre tracciare implementare ed estrarre periodicamente report inerenti i risultati della collection in relazione non solo alle attività e al recuperato del team di Collection ma anche in relazione allintero portafoglio in accordo con lufficio di credit risk.Analizza le posizioni critiche e propone soluzioni per il rientro in bonis di clienti che hanno delle debenze nei confronti della Banca ipotizzando Piani di Rientro Sospensione dei piani di ammortamento ed eventuali altri strumenti che potranno essere valutati caso per caso.E chiamato a suggerire le migliori strategie di recupero e di gestione del portafoglio supportandole con business case che quantifichino non solo i possibili benefit e cost saving ma anche prospettando le variazioni del portafoglio di collection in relazione a volumi gestiti e realtà socio economiche.Collabora con le diverse aree della Banca quali Risk Anti Frodi Back Office Pagamenti e Reclami al fine di rispondere alle richieste di ogni cliente.Key ResponsibilitiesGestione in autonomia di un proprio portafoglio in fase di RecoveryMonitoraggio delle agenzie di recupero e/o degli Studi Legali EsterniRedazione/analisi/gestione di reportistiche su attività e performanceSupporto al team nella gestione delle implementazioni informatiche tecniche e di sviluppo dei gestionali bancaEducational and Experience QualificationLaurea in Economia Ingegneria Gestionale; LeggeOttima conoscenza ed utilizzo del pacchetto Office ed in particolare di ExcelFluente conoscenza della lingua Inglese (parlata e scritta)Conoscenza ed esperienza con lutilizzo del sistema SASMajor Characteristics Personal ProfileSpirito di Iniziativa ed intraprendenzaPredisposizione al cambiamentoCapacità di analisi e di criticaBuone capacita relazionaliPredisposizione a lavorare in team e massima proattivitàLocation: Milan (hybrid)Duration: Maternity leaveAbout INGING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
