Credit and Collection Data Analytics SpecialistJob Description:Reporting to Collection Manager, the resource is a member of the Collection Team.The Retail Credit Collection Team covers the full area of lending (Residential Mortgages, Credit Cards, Overdrafts, and Personal Loans) and collects all credit for ING Italy. The Credit and Collection Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for updating and maintaining the Local Retail Credit Collection Policy, defining credit strategy, and overseeing the position to Debt Collection Agencies, controls and governance on external providers and law firms. The specialist creates specific processes to prioritize new activities and achieve all Collection and KPIs goals (local and global).Key ResponsibilitiesCollection strategy rules and workflow.Governance monitoring and optimization.Effectively manage relations with relevant stakeholders locally and in the Head Office.Collaborate on the Top Management information pack preparation.RequirementsHold a degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.3 years of relevant experience in the retail credit and collection risk banking sector.Good knowledge of the regulatory framework.Ability to analyze, interpret, and elaborate data (quantitative analytical skills).Understanding of key drivers within the Italian unsecured lending and mortgage market.Experience on lending via digital channels.Expert in Decision Engine credit strategy management (plus).Fluent English.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of SAS (strong).Knowledge of Excel (strong).Strong sense of accountability, delivering on promises, taking ownership.Out-of-the-box thinker.Problem solver and entrepreneurial.Drive for results.Effective and open communication skills.Enthusiast team player.Working ConditionsFull Time, Permanent, Location: Milan (hybrid).About INGING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
