We are presently seeking an energetic and experienced HR Business Partner Home Consumer, who can balance being a strategic partner, adviser, employee champion, and hands-on implementer of all local day-to-day HR processes.Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization and in collaboration with the global HQ HR CoE team, the individual will be truly generalist covering and managing all facets of HR, including Talent Acquisition requirements, Learning and Development cluster needs, Compensation and Benefits evolution, Employee Communication and Engagement, Budget & Personnel Cost Management and HR Administration.The HR Business Partner Home Consumer is a corporate role and direct reports to the international HR Director. This role is crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and aligning the global home consumer leadership team in the local deployment of the company's People Strategy.ResponsibilitiesEffectively monitor and manage Personnel costs and global organizational designDefine Recruiting needs Onboard Technogym Home Consumer talentPartner with local leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high-value people plansProvide sound advice and coaching on all HR topicsDevelop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development, and succession planningEnsure policies and procedures are always maintained and well executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all ER-related mattersProvide market labor trends and conduct benchmarking analysis to ensure alignment on salaries and market conditionsMaintain the accuracy of HR data and manage HR metrics to drive business resultsAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best-in-class HR business partner support to local leadershipRequirements5+ years’ HR experience as HR BP and/or generalist HR ManagerExperience within a matrix organization and multinational environmentsExperience in the Home Consumer luxury sectorAbility to work with minimum supervision, in an autonomous and independent wayExperience in working with HR ERP systems, SAP/Success Factors knowledge is nice to haveStrong facilitation and negotiation skills; able to listen to and persuade others based on sound logicBusiness Acumen and an ability to understand a P&LApproach “facts-based” and “data-driven”Project management and execution skillsConfidentiality, transparency, and analytical approachPassion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profileTechnogym is an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
