This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and new graduates start their careers through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and growth opportunities within Honeywell. Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssemble prototypes or small pre-series units. Assemble qualification units. Understand, apply, and correct design data generated by the Engineering department. Understand, apply, and correct production data generated by the Processes department. Optimize the assembly process. Produce production data. Communicate complete project data to production. Assemble units destined for qualification testing. Assemble the prototype in the ERP/management software. Handle and move removed materials. Qualifications And SkillsHigh school diploma in a technical/electronic field. Good knowledge of electronics and computing, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of laboratory instruments (oscilloscope, function generator, multimeter, power supply). Ability to work independently and/or in a team. Problem-solving mindset and ability to meet objectives within time and cost constraints. English language knowledge at B1 level and Italian at C2.
