Then come work with us and be part of MSC’s familyThe Product Specialist will be part of a Scrum Team, contributing to the development, rollout, and evolution of IT solutions supporting MSC Group’s business processes.Key responsibilitiesContributing to the definition of the Product Vision and Product Backlog.Collaborating with Business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, supporting the creation of User Stories and acceptance criteria.Supporting the Development Team by providing functional specifications and detailed information throughout the project lifecycle.Contributing to the preparation of training materials, process documentation, and Gap Analysis for production releases as well as migration and transition activities.Supporting Key Users during testing activities, providing guidance and addressing inquiries.Ensuring Post-Go Live support to end users and Development / Support teams, handling problem-solving with a strong sense of urgency.Actively participating in innovation initiatives, process improvements, and system / data integration activities.Bachelor’s degree in Technical, IT, or Business-related fields, or equivalent.At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or equivalent).Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis.Knowledge of SQL (queries, data analysis) and database management tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio).Understanding of client-server architectures and Windows Server environments.Experience in software configuration and testing.Familiarity with requirements and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.Good organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in written and spoken English.What we offerWe offer a range of benefits including new Learning opportunities, a comprehensive Welfare System, Life and Health Insurance, Modern Workstation and Discounts within the MSC group.Moreover, MSC Technology Italy fosters a culture of innovation and wellbeing by simultaneously pursuing various initiatives.
