Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative at ECOMAL Italy you will be part of a dedicated sales team, bringing resistors, capacitors, inductors and other electronic components and customers together. With your friendly and competent manner you ensure our customers are happy. In your daily work you will: Responsibilities Support and advise our customers on prices, availabilty and possibilities of our products. Conduct price negotiations and monitor price agreements. Create offers and confidently manage incoming orders. Win follow-up orders. Keep the relevant data up to date. We would be delighted if you could start with us as soon as possible. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales preferred, ideally in the electronic components industries or other technical industries. Feeling comfortable working on the phone and be able to build relationships with customers quickly. Experience with MS Office, especially Excel. English advanced. Persuasive negotiating talent who enjoys contact with customers, excellent at organizing and values teamwork. Your Advantages A secure job in a futureproofed and fast-growing industry.
