Per conto di una solida e rinomata azienda attiva nel settore dei servizi ambientali' con sede a Bolzano' siamo alla ricerca di una figura motivata e competente per rafforzare il reparto IT e accompagnare l'azienda nel suo percorso di innovazione e digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali. SPECIALISTA IT &, DIGITALIZZAZIONE (F/M/D) LE MANSIONI - Supportare e gestire l'infrastruttura IT aziendale (hardware' software' reti' sicurezza) - Coordinare e implementare progetti di digitalizzazione volti a ottimizzare i processi aziendali - Collaborare con i diversi reparti per analizzare i bisogni e sviluppare soluzioni digitali efficaci - Gestire i fornitori esterni (software house' consulenti' servizi cloud' ecc.) e monitorare i contratti IT - Occuparsi della manutenzione e aggiornamento dei sistemi informatici e delle piattaforme aziendali - Formare e supportare il personale nell'utilizzo delle nuove tecnologie e strumenti digitali - Garantire la sicurezza dei dati e la protezione delle informazioni secondo le normative vigenti IL PROFILO IDEALE - Formazione in ambito informatica' sistemi informativi o affine - Esperienza pregressa in ambito IT' digitalizzazione dei processi' gestione di sistemi informatici - Conoscenza delle tecnologie cloud' reti' sicurezza IT e dei principali strumenti software (Microsoft 365' ecc.) - Interesse per i temi legati alla transizione digitale e all'ottimizzazione dei processi - Buone capacit comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team - Approccio proattivo' autonomia e orientamento alla soluzione - Conoscenza della lingua italiana e tedesca (requisito preferibile' ma non indispensabile) L'AZIENDA OFFRE - Un ruolo strategico e vario in un'azienda solida e in crescita' impegnata per l'ambiente - Stabilit contrattuale con possibilit di crescita professionale - Ambiente di lavoro moderno e stimolante' con valori di sostenibilit e innovazione - Opportunit di contribuire alla transizione digitale in un settore importante per la comunit - Formazione continua e aggiornamenti professionali - Benefit e condizioni contrattuali attrattive Candidatura online
