Product Manager – Rest of Italy – Tours City Wonders is a leading tour operator that differentiates itself through innovation, unique products, quality, and unparalleled customer experiences in major European and American destinations. Responsibilities Research and identify opportunities, including new products, tweaking existing products, and growth areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with venues and vendors. Negotiate deals with venues and vendors for optimal terms and economic conditions. Onboard / update venues, vendors, and products within your territory. Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders within the company. Analyze product performance based on customer satisfaction, volume, profitability, and other important metrics. Work with the Purchasing Team to forecast and secure admission inventory for tour products in your territory. Monitor product competitiveness in the marketplace. Achieve or exceed revenue targets for products in your territory. Keep a pulse on leisure travel trends that impact your territory and recommend necessary actions. Qualifications and Experience At least 5 years of experience in travel destination management or tour product development with a focus on tours and activities. Passion to manage great travel products in your territory, including recommendations, initial calls, negotiating, contracting, onboarding, and performance. Exceptional listening, relationship building, communication (both spoken and written), and presentation skills. Strong analytical and negotiating skills. Proven track record for delivering results. Self‑motivated with the ability to work both remotely and as part of a team. Well‑organized with good time‑management skills. Positive “can‑do” attitude with a passion for travel and tourism. Fluency in English and Italian is required. Bachelor’s degree. Ability to travel within Italy. Working Hours & Travel This role is based in Florence or Milan. Flexible approach to working hours is allowed if the company’s needs are met. Standard working hours are 40 hours per week, with 2 days a week in the office possibly required. Occasional travel within Italy will be required.
