We operate across two highly interconnected sectors: Energy and Metals, with a consolidated turnover of €5,683 million and an EBITDA of €1,080 million, employing over 7,627 people worldwide.We are seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal Technical Contracts team within the Legal, Contracts & Compliance General Division, based in Milan. This internal opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand their impact and grow within the company while continuing to contribute to our shared success.Your role will encompass:Review, draft, and negotiate EPC and O&M contracts, as well as supply‑chain agreements (service contracts, general terms and conditions for the supply of goods). Ensure client interests are protected in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.Provide legal support across a broad spectrum of activities within the Renewable Energy Business Unit, including business development, origination, permitting, M&A, corporate transactions, PPAs, project financing, and construction—primarily in Italy and Eastern Europe.Advise stakeholders on legal frameworks, regulations, and compliance matters relevant to the construction and energy sectors.Conduct in‑depth legal research to ensure that all counsel is aligned with the latest legislation and regulatory developments, in coordination with the Senior Legal Counsel.Collaborate with external legal advisors to address and resolve complex legal matters.Coordinate and structure legal workflows and responsibilities in close alignment with the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal.What you bring to the role:Qualified lawyer in Italy and member of the relevant professional body (Bar Association).Minimum of 3–5 years of legal experience in the renewable energy sector in Italy, either in‑house or within law firms advising energy clients.Strong technical expertise in renewable energy project development, acquisitions and disposals, EPC and O&M contracts, and PPAs, ideally with exposure to both Italian and broader European markets.Proven ability to manage external legal counsel, including obtaining fee quotes and overseeing legal spend within predefined budgets.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with a strong focus on collaboration and cross‑functional coordination.Competitive remuneration package.Group Health Insurance Plan.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionLegalIndustriesRenewable Energy, Semiconductor ManufacturingWe respect your personal data.
