COMMERCIAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST - AFTERMARKETJoin to apply for the COMMERCIAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST - AFTERMARKET role at Lely Italia.Role OverviewAs a Commercial Product Specialist Aftermarket focusing on consumables products, you will support our Lely Centers Network and internal teams in the SEET region. You will act as the go-to person for commercial and technical aspects related to the Aftermarket business, contribute to marketing campaigns and commercial actions to enhance sales performance, and maintain close relationships with the cluster teams and Lely Center Network through regular travel within the SEET area.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure alignment and successful execution of long‑term aftermarket strategies with cross‑functional teams within the Cluster.Support a proper aftermarket business focus of the distribution network of the cluster, ensuring professional development through constant training of dedicated people.Serve as the main point of contact for commercial and technical questions for the whole Cluster.Be the main point of contact for Lely International headquarters to provide market information and ensure seamless communication for strategy implementation.Provide input for marketing initiatives and commercial actions to promote aftermarket growth.QualificationsAgricultural background – experience in the agricultural sector, ideally dairy farming or agricultural machinery.Commercial mindset – enjoy selling, identifying customer needs, and delivering effective solutions.Strong communicator – skilled at building relationships, managing stakeholders and influencing decisions.Good presentation skills and experience delivering training.Team player – collaborative, proactive, and supportive of other departments.Results‑driven – able to work independently, set clear goals, and manage priorities effectively.Strong communication skills in Italian and English.Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to maintain strong connections.What We OfferA dynamic and international working environment.A Certified Great Place To Work®.Open work environment with flexible working hours.A conducive environment encouraging personal development and growth.Lely Academy with a variety of training programs.Company PC and mobile phone.Cluster InformationOur Cluster is based in Colturano (MI) and supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South‑East Europe and Turkey.
