From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are looking for a passionate Sales Manager for METT Milan Torre Velasca , our new Residences & Suites project located in the iconic Torre Velasca , in the heart of Milan. This role will focus on the proactive commercial development of the hotel within the assigned markets, actively seeking new business opportunities and building strong relationships within the luxury travel trade. Main responsibilities Proactively identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across the assigned luxury markets, including agencies, tour operators (TTOOs), corporate clients, and OTAs. Conduct commercial visits and active prospecting, managing travel, fairs, and roadshows to represent the METT Milan Torre Velasca. Negotiate and manage accounts by closing contracts, renewing agreements, and ensuring the loyalty of active clients. Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to drive promotional campaigns, increase brand visibility, and develop special packages tailored to target markets. Prepare regular commercial reports (monthly, quarterly) detailing sales activities, results, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR). Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and propose new opportunities to increase sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and consortia partners. Support the execution of the hotel's sales strategy with a focus on the luxury leisure and travel trade segments. Maintain an up-to-date client database and manage reporting through the hotel’s CRM system Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Manager in a similar role within luxury hospitality, ideally with experience in lifestyle or high-end openings. In-depth knowledge of luxury travel networks and a solid international client portfolio. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus Strong network and commercial exposure in key markets : US, UK, Italy, and broader European regions. Good communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation skills to close contracts and build lasting client relationship Demonstrated strategic planning and budget management skills, with the ability to forecast and optimize account performance. Strong business awareness, including understanding of external market dynamics and competitor positioning. Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and highly proactive mindset, able to work autonomously and drive results. Benefits Competitive Salary.
