What you will doResponsible for the provision of high-quality service support to customers by leading the day-to-day activities of a team of technicians.How you will do itEnsure the delivery of best-in-class customer support (service level delivery, preventive maintenance, product solutions, customer and sales organization relationship, laboratory services and parts inventories) through effective resource planning and deployment and field administration.Responsible for leading field service technicians across Central-South Italy to ensure best in class customer experienceChampion a thorough understanding of customers, their businesses and the processes and instruments used in meeting their business goalsSet objectives for service technicians, carrying out regular reviews, coaching staff and ensuring that adequate training and development is providedDrive talent development through active supportDevelop and maintain ongoing communication with Service leader and peers to understand and manage resource availability / limitationsPartner actively with direct manager and other service delivery leaders to ensure that resources are deployed consistently with defined obligations with customersMonitor field service work and vacation planning, ensure that internal processes are followedReports competitors and trends central to the growth strategy for the service businessKPI Operations; drive the team to operational excellence.What we look forMinimum 6 years successful field service experience in HVAC systems: repairs, on-site maintenanceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineeringPrevious successful experience in a supervisory / team leader role with team building skillsProven interpersonal, team, strategic thinking and analytical skillsAssertive personality with a strong bias for action, results orientated, innovative, tackling tough problems with firm deadlinesFluent in Italian, with a very good knowledge of English reading, writing and presentation skillsSales acumen, hands on, can-do mindsetProficient in Excel, Word, Notes.Location: RomeOur benefitsWe offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
