See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.Primary ResponsibilitiesManages product lifecycle and product performance such as Cost/Quality, Maintenance of Business, End of Life, Model line enhancements, SKU management and sales performance of assigned product categoryMonitor and make recommendations to improve operational efficiencies, quality issues, warranty/servicing costs, margins, and forecastingSupport the development of strategic and operational direction including new product plans / roadmaps as well as day‑to‑day tactical execution of product portfolio plansResponsible for meeting financial targets and driving growth for the assigned product categorySupport the preparation of business cases for key product and service initiativesIdentify strategic business partner opportunities for the assigned product categorySupports the pricing process for new and existing productsSupport the company’s participation in trade shows and other special eventsServe as the subject matter expert on the product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive positioningSupport the sales team with product insights, sales pitches, and technical demonstrationsDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, product marketing, engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or related field, preferably in marine electronics and/or power solutionsProven ability to drive growth through an understanding of the customer and market, along with the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and portfolio strategy.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer‑friendly language.Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of operational processes, financial planning, pricing, margins, costs, inventories, and financial statements.Ability to identify consumer, customer, product, and industry trends and develop strategies to take advantage of market opportunities.Analyze competitive research and trends to guide category strategies and programs relative to product and program innovation.Demonstrated willingness to challenge the status quo and constructively drive change while fostering teamwork and core enterprise values.Familiarity with IMO regulations affecting product requirementsTravel Requirements20% required global travelWorking ConditionsOffice environment; hybrid schedule with 3 days a week onsite preferredWhy BrunswickWhatever tomorrow brings, we’ll be at the leading edge.
