Di cosa ti occuperai

Sarai inserito/a all’interno team Marketing di Prodotto ed avrai l’obiettivo di collaborare con le altre funzionale aziendali per lo sviluppo del pannello e collaborare allo sviluppo della rete di rivenditori. Nello specifico avrai la responsabilità di:

  • Gestire i canali di vendita e dei clienti partner.
  • Definizione attività innovazione o miglioramento continuo del pannello partner.
  • Definizione e gestione della roadmap di sviluppo.
  • Coordinamento team interfunzionali per analisi di business.
  • Coordinamento team interfunzionali per attività project management.
  • Collaborazione nello sviluppo delle logiche e dei modelli di business per sviluppo rete partner.
Sei il/la candidato/a ideale se hai
  • Esperienza in ruolo analogo di almeno 3 anni.
  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in marketing, comunicazione, economia e/o studi umanistici.
  • Capacità analitiche necessarie per elaborare i dati relativi al prodotto/servizio.
  • Mentalità commerciale e forte orientamento all’obiettivo.
  • Esperienza di vendita.
  • Orientamento all’innovazione e al miglioramento continuo.
  • Benchmark e analisi di mercato (competitors, target etc).
  • Ottima propensione al lavoro in team.
  • Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione.
  • Proattività e flessibilità di pensiero.

Formazione continua : piani di Induction strutturati per i nuovi ingressi in azienda e percorsi specifici in funzione del Ruolo/Area.

Modalità di lavoro : Se previsto dalla mansione potrai lavorare in modalità agile, grazie alle politiche applicate in azienda. Ambiente smart e collaborativo, con possibilità di crescita professionale.

Sede di lavoro

Italy. Possibilità di lavorare da remoto o in una delle sedi principali del gruppo quali Firenze, Arezzo, Milano, Ponte San Pietro (BG), Roma, Torino, Bologna.
