Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Remote – Italy

Position: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Italian market. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in selling SaaS solutions, focusing on understanding customers’ workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on revenue & margin development and on customer satisfaction.
  2. Conduct research to identify new prospects.
  3. Deliver cold calls as appropriate within the Italian market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  4. Meet existing and potential clients (Functional Managers & Senior Management in Engineering, Design, and Quality functions) by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  5. Identify how Accuris solutions can address clients’ goals/strategy.
  6. Build long-term relationships through value selling, with new and existing customers.
  7. Manage/supervise contractual and administrative processes, in line with the internal guidelines and with the support of the Accuris team.
  8. Deliver reliable and accurate monthly forecasts.
  9. Collaborate with the Accuris team and management to deliver excellence to existing and potential customers.

Qualifications:

  1. Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Italian and be proficient in English (French and/or Spanish are a plus).
  2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience is required.
  3. Italian market knowledge.
  4. Excellent communication, relationship, negotiation, time management, and planning skills.
  5. Integrity and collaborative approach.
  6. Knowledge of MEDDIC qualification methodology is a plus.
  7. Working knowledge of AI/ML/NLP is a plus.
  8. Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Engineering or Economics).
