TECHNICAL SALES – Centro Sud Italia Adecco Sales & Merchandising ricerca per realtà operante nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, un / una : Il Technical Sales sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale e del supporto tecnico ai partner del canale di distribuzione, service partner, installatori ed uffici tecnici nel settore fotovoltaico, per il territorio del Centro Sud Italia – Lazio, Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicilia e Sardegna. Principali responsabilità : Gestire e sviluppare relazioni con distributori specializzati, service partner, installatori ed uffici; Fornire supporto tecnico pre-vendita; Effettuare training tecnici e commerciali alla rete (in sede, da remoto o presso il cliente); Collaborare con il marketing per la realizzazione di materiale tecnico-commerciale; Raccogliere feedback dal campo su prodotto, servizio e concorrenza; Contribuire alla crescita del volume di vendita; Partecipare a fiere, eventi e roadshow tecnici in Italia e, occasionalmente, all'estero. Requisiti : Conoscenza approfondita di inverter, impianti FV e normativa di settore; Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruolo tecnico-commerciale in ambito energia / fotovoltaico; Laurea / diploma tecnico (elettronica, elettrotecnica, energia); Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese; Conoscenza strumenti di simulazione FV (es. PVSyst) e CRM; Attitudine consulenziale e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi; Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e di gestione clienti. Contratto e Inquadramento : CCNL Metalmeccanico, livello B1 / B2; Contratto a tempo indeterminato - RAL 40-45 K; Welfare aziendale; Auto ad uso promiscuo, rimborso benzina, pedaggi, parcheggi; Smart Working.
