Finance & Treasury specialist - Kings League Italy

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team and support the Finance Manager in managing end-to-end finance operations across multiple countries (Italy, France and Germany).This role will focus on preparing and uploading payments to various banking platforms, ensuring accurate execution and compliance with internal procedures, while also providing support in treasury operations and general accounting.The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in finance and treasury, is comfortable working with local accounting advisors, and is eager to grow in a multinational environment. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional who wants to gain hands‑on exposure to multi‑country financial management in an international context.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the Finance Manager in day‑to‑day finance operations across Italy, France and Germany including monitoring actual performance and reporting variances.Manage payables and receivables, liaising with local accounting advisors, processing invoices, and assisting with billing activities.Oversee cash flow by updating the invoice calendar, preparing weekly cash forecasts, and coordinating payment runs.Assist in cash flow forecasting (daily/weekly/monthly) and contribute to process improvement initiatives in payments and cash management.Prepare and validate payment proposals in line with internal controls, and upload them to online banking platforms for final approval by authorized signatories, ensuring that all requests are properly supported with the required documentation (invoices, purchase orders, internal approvals, etc.).Monitor payment status and follow up until completion, maintaining updated payment and treasury control files.Perform daily bank reconciliations and keep accurate, up‑to‑date bank balances.Collaborate in audits, providing financial documentation and reports as required.Participate in accounting processes such as month‑end closings and intercompany reconciliations.RequirementsDegree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance, administration, or accounting support.Strong understanding of invoice management, cash flow forecasting and general accounting principles.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks across multiple countries.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP/finance systems is a plus.Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.Diversity & Inclusion commitmentAt Kings League we strongly believe in building an inclusive and diverse work environment, where everyone can develop their full potential.
