The Labor Relations Manager will support a suite of activities, acting as a liaison between HR, Employment Law, and Legal. The role requires excellent communication and diplomacy skills, understanding of local labor laws and regulatory requirements, prioritization, time management, and stakeholder engagement. ResponsibilitiesProvide full leadership and supervisory responsibility, including performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations, and direction of daily tasks and responsibilities. Implement the organization's employee relations strategy to minimize negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes. Coordinate employee and labor relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices. Prepare and review committee deck presentations and facilitate collective meetings. Represent the organization in contract negotiations with labor unions. Investigate and resolve grievances and develop strategies to prevent recurrence. Ensure all employer-employee relationships comply with collective agreements, individual employment contracts, and regulations. RequirementsExperience in Labor Relations, HR, Employment Law, or a related field. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements. Ability to prioritize, manage time, and engage stakeholders across multiple projects. LanguageEnglish: Excellent comprehension. LocationMilan, Lombardy, Italy. Salary€1,500.00-€1,600.00.
