Seleziona la frequenza (in giorni) di ricezione di un avviso: Crea avvisoMonitoring Public è la linea di servizi di KPMG Advisory SpA dedicata esclusivamente ai servizi per le amministrazioni pubbliche che supporta i propri clienti nel miglioramento dell’efficacia e dell’efficienza di processi ed organizzazioni, indirizzando l’incremento delle proprie performance aziendali.Ricerchiamo per la sede di Roma professionistida inserire in progettualità di Digital Transformation presso le principali Amministrazioni Pubbliche Centrali .La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team giovane e dinamico e sarà coinvolta in progetti volti ad individuare soluzioni e modelli di funzionamento finalizzati a migliorare la produttività, l’efficienza e la qualità dei servizi offerti dai nostri clienti.In particolare, si occuperà di:Pianificazione StrategicaDemand e Portfolio managementControllo di gestione;Analisi organizzative e Business Process Re-engineering;Studi di fattibilità e analisi funzionali.Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:Laurea in Economia e/o Ingegneria gestionale o equivalenti;Potenziale esperienza nella gestione dei team di progetto, autonomia nella conduzione delle attività progettuali e nella delivery;Interesse a lavorare su tematiche pubbliche.Richiesta esperienza di 1-2 anni in attività analoghe. La familiarità con il settore pubblico rappresenta un plus e sarà valutata positivamente.Completano il profilo spiccate abilità di lavorare per obiettivi e forte attitudine al problem solving, buone doti comunicative e relazionali, focus sul cliente, entusiasmo ed elevata motivazione alla crescita professionale, naturale propensione al lavoro in team e disponibilità a viaggi e trasferte.I dati richiesti verranno trattati nell’assoluto rispetto delle disposizioni contenute nel Regolamento Europeo 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - “GDPR” o “Normativa Privacy”) e sue successive modificazioni ed integrazioni.KPMG Advisory S.p.A. garantisce le pari opportunità.#J-18808-Ljbffr
