OverviewConsultant - Public Sector - Digital transformation RomeThis role is part of KPMG Advisory S.p.A.'s Monitoring Public line, dedicated exclusively to public administrations. The successful candidate will join a young, dynamic team in Rome and be involved in projects aimed at identifying solutions and models that improve productivity, efficiency and the quality of services offered to public clients.ResponsibilitiesPianificazione Strategica / Strategic PlanningDemand e Portfolio management / Demand and portfolio managementProgram & Project management / Programme and project managementControllo di gestione / Management controlAnalisi organizzative e Business Process Re-engineering / Organisational analyses and business process re‑engineeringStudi di fattibilità e analisi funzionali / Feasibility studies and functional analysesQualificationsLaurea in Economia e/o Ingegneria gestionale o equivalenti / Degree in business and/or engineering management or similarEsperienza nella gestione dei team di progetto e autonomia nella delivery / Experience managing project teams and autonomy in deliveryInteresse a lavorare su tematiche pubbliche / Interest in working in the public sector1–2 anni di esperienza in attività analoghe / 1–2 years of experience in similar activities (familiarity with the public sector is a plus)Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, forte attitudine al problem solving, buone doti comunicative e relazionali, focus sul cliente, entusiasmo ed elevata motivazione alla crescita professionale, team player e disponibilità a viaggi e trasferteEqual OpportunityKPMG Advisory S.p.A. garantisce le pari opportunità.
