We are looking for an Autosar Architect Platform Designer with strong expertise in PREEvision and AUTOSAR architectures. The ideal candidate will take ownership of software architecture definition and communication network implementation, including gateway configuration and SOME/IP integration. This role involves working closely with cross-functional and international teams to design scalable and robust software architectures for next-generation automotive platforms. Start date: 5th of January 2026 Contract type: Permanent (employee) or Freelance (B2B) Responsibilities Define and maintain the software architecture for your automotive domain of responsibility. Collaborate with Product Owners to identify and optimize data flow between functions. Define and maintain software interfaces between Basic Software (BSW) and Application Software (APP SW), focusing on middleware integration. Align with the Platform Services Design Team to ensure architectural consistency with global guidelines. Participate in reviews and acceptance of architecture documentation, ensuring quality and compliance. Deliver software architecture specifications according to project sprints following Agile methodology. Collect, refine, and continuously update software requirements. Collaborate effectively in an international and multidisciplinary environment. Qualifications Proven experience with AUTOSAR architectures and PREEvision. Strong knowledge of communication network implementation and the SOME/IP protocol. Experience in automotive gateway configuration. Ability to define and maintain software interfaces and architecture documentation. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills in multicultural environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience Deep understanding of middleware integration in automotive platforms. Experience with additional communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet). Prior involvement in large-scale international automotive projects. Advanced knowledge of software requirements management tools. Proven ability to deliver high-quality documentation and architectural specifications.
