**Job Description**:
As UX Designer for AUTOSAR Adaptive Development Tools, you will join our international team developing **RTA-VRTE**, our software Middleware powering the future of automotive**:Connected, Autonomous, Electrified**. To reach this goal and better serve our customers, RTA-VRTE offers **ISOLAR-VRTE**: our suite of tools designed to empower customers in effortlessly customizing and tailoring our advanced automotive technology stack according to their unique requirements.

You will
- Join our distributed agile teams and bring the User Experience of our AUTOSAR Adaptive tooling to the next level.
- Contribute to the development of our AUTOSAR Adaptive solutions while ensuring all features adhere to both ETAS centralized standards and industry automotive standards.
- Define common guidelines together with the UX Designers of related product areas to foster common Look & Feel across our product portfolio and to speed up design decisions for the Product Developers.
- Collaborate closely with the developers to ensure all their User Experience related queries are answered and that implemented features are thoroughly reviewed.
- As part of the UX team, advocate for a user-centric design approach throughout the organization, inspiring others to prioritize user needs in their decision-making process and introducing new methods into our UX approach.

**Qualifications**:
**Key qualifications**
- Master of Science (or PhD) in Human-Computer Interaction and Design or comparable education.
- Excellent English communications and presentation skills, delivering content in a clear and captivating manner across different levels of the organization.
- Strong motivation, curiosity, and customer orientation.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Portfolio of your past projects in the field User Experience Design.
- Experience in planning and moderating purposeful workshops at each stage of the software development lifecycle - from research to ideation.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn more about AUTOSAR Adaptive and Software Defined Vehicle architectures and use-cases.
