This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and transportation' and who enjoy providing top-notch customer service. In this position' you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their travel inquiries and logistics needs' ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries regarding transportation services' schedules' and reservations via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Assist customers with booking processes' changes to reservations' and cancellation policies. - Provide accurate information about routes' pricing' and service options. - Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly. - Document all customer interactions effectively in the CRM system. - Collaborate with operational teams to ensure optimal service delivery. - Stay updated on transportation regulations and company policies to provide accurate assistance. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, proficiency in English or Greek is an advantage. - Previous experience in customer service' particularly in the transportation or travel sector' is preferred. - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction. - Ability to handle high-volume inquiries in a timely manner. - Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays as required.
