Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading tech company in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are tech-savvy and have a passion for helping customers. As a customer service representative' you will communicate with clients in Italian' assisting them with inquiries related to technology products and services. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries related to technology products' services' and troubleshooting via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide comprehensive support for technical issues' guiding customers through problem-solving processes. - Assist customers with product purchasing' account management' and service configurations. - Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally' ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. - Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate efficient solutions for customer issues. - Stay informed about the latest technology trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of English or Greek is a plus. - Prior experience in customer service' preferably in the tech industry. - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle technical inquiries. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in using customer service software and standard computer applications. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends' as needed.
