hlpy, born in 2020, is a tech-driven roadside assistance start-up founded by visionaries who saw a gap in the market and redefined the industry with a cutting-edge digital solution.What started as a bold idea in Italy quickly expanded to France, Spain and Germany.To accelerate the company’s growth, we're hiring a product manager to work on our supplier and partner portals that aims to transform the way customers get road help.You'll interface with suppliers, partners, product managers, and engineers to turn ideas into reality and grow product adoption in our current and new markets.You’ll work in a cross functional team that owns the partner and supplier verticals and will be responsible for its growth and adoption.You will be responsible for:Work closely with suppliers, partners, product, engineering teams to build products that customers love.Synthesise customer feedback, data insights, and test-driven insights to shape our strategy and product initiatives on our roadmap.Be the voice of the supplier and partners on product or technical issues that arise.Test and gather feedback from suppliers and partners on new and ambitious concepts.You'll be involved hands-on across the business and helping to shape a product and delivering at scale in an European market.Monitor feature adoption and product impact with a data-driven mindsetOperate with autonomy and confidence, keeping stakeholders aligned and the team focusedWho we are looking forA minimum of 3 years of experience in a SaaS b2b company as product ownerTechnically minded person with passion to keep abreast of market trends and an ever changing ecommerce landscape.Problem-solving oriented mindset.Wear multiple hats (this is a scale-up - get ready to multitask).Bonus points if you've had experience in building your own product and taking it from 0 to 1.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Miro, Confluence, or similarRecruitment processa quick chat with Betty from the People teaman interview with our tech leadership team to deep dive into your experience and better understand your motivation via a case study exercise.Salary Range: 33K - 35kWhat we offerFresh fruit and good snacks to share with your nice colleaguesCoffee and infusionsWe believe in the power of diversity: hlpy is an Equal Opportunity Employer for any minority, disability, gender identity or sexual orientation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
