NETtoWORK ricerca Events Manager per azienda della provincia di Milano.Siamo alla ricerca di un / a Event Manager motivato / a e con comprovata esperienza nell’organizzazione di eventi per entrare a far parte del nostro Team Marketing presso la sede di Milano .In questo ruolo avrai l’opportunità di mettere in gioco le tue capacità organizzative e creative, contribuendo alla pianificazione e gestione degli eventi aziendali e della partecipazione a fiere e congressi di settore a livello nazionale e internazionale.Le tue responsabilitàPianificazione strategica di congressi e fiereGestione della partecipazione dell’azienda ai principali eventi del settore, in Italia e all’estero.Coordinamento del calendario annuale degli eventi.Contrattazione e acquisto di spazi espositivi, gestione dell’allestimento.Organizzazione della logistica, incluse le trasferte del team e il trasporto dei materiali.Organizzazione di eventi corporatePianificazione e gestione di eventi aziendali.Coordinamento dei fornitori e gestione operativa.Collaborazione con il team marketing per lo sviluppo creativo degli eventi.Chi cerchiamoEsperienza consolidata nell’organizzazione di eventi, fiere e viaggi aziendali.Ottime capacità organizzative e problem-solving, con attitudine a lavorare sotto pressione e rispettare le scadenze.Eccellenti doti di negoziazione, in particolare per la gestione di tariffe alberghiere a livello internazionale.Padronanza degli strumenti Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). La conoscenza di una seconda lingua (spagnolo, tedesco, francese o altre) sarà considerata un plus.Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente all’estero.Cosa offriamoOpportunità di crescita in un ambiente internazionale e stimolante.Contratto a tempo indeterminato (inquadramento da definire in sede di colloquio).#J-18808-Ljbffr
