Together with the team, you play a key role in driving our B2B business with a clear vision and a hands‑on mentality. The company’s strong international footprint is reflected in its position as Italy’s market leader in the digital management of parking lots. Responsibilities Expansion: support the expansion of our brand in Italy and ensure that Wemolo is used for digital parking management in every city. Customer Acquisition: present Wemolo to new customers in Italy with the goal of winning them, including future key accounts and generating sustainable revenue growth. Pipeline Building: develop high‑quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the respective segments. Pipeline Management: use CRM tools and data‑driven analyses to keep track of your sales pipeline and KPIs. Goal‑Oriented: continuously track your weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and report them to the Country Manager. Teamwork: work closely with colleagues from Product Development, Sales Development, and Operations to continuously advance Wemolo. Qualifications Background: completed vocational training or a university degree and bring relevant professional experience, ideally in sales. Sales Experience: at least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets; hunter mentality and successful negotiation skills. Working Style: goal‑oriented, independent, and structured. Language Skills: Italian at C2 level and very good English skills. Driver’s License: valid Class B driver’s license. Willingness to Travel: highly willing to travel within Italy to develop and manage your accounts; also attend regular meetings at the Munich office.
