#Sicurezza #Ambiente #Leadership #Processo #ProblemSolving #Lean #Teamwork #Analisi Link HR Professional Solutions ricerca per azienda manifatturiera, un profilo professionale da inserire all'interno del reparto Qualità per potenziamento HSE MANAGERResponsabilitàDefinire, implementare e monitorare le politiche aziendali in materia di Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente, assicurando la conformità alle normative vigenti e agli standard aziendali; Coordinare le attività relative alla Qualità, garantendo la conformità ai requisiti normativi e promuovendo il miglioramento continuo dei processi; Gestire le non conformità, i reclami dei clienti e le azioni correttive / preventive, collaborando con le diverse funzioni aziendali per individuare soluzioni efficaci; Promuovere un approccio Lean orientato all'efficienza operativa, ottimizzando tempi e risorse; Collaborare con le diverse aree aziendali per lo sviluppo di una cultura condivisa della sicurezza, della sostenibilità e del miglioramento continuo; Effettuare valutazioni dei rischi e supportare la definizione di piani di prevenzione e protezione, in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali e le normative HSE. RequisitiEsperienza pregressa nel ruolo HSE, maturata in contesti industriali o manifatturieri; Conoscenza della normativa in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente | D.lgs. 81 / 08 e normative collegate; normativa ambientale, tematiche ESG / sostenibilità; Capacità di coordinamento e supervisione dei collaboratori; Preferibile conoscenza dei sistemi di Lean Management e dei principali tools della qualità; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Completano il profilo : leadership, proattività, forte orientamento ai risultati, capacità di relazionarsi con efficacia ad ogni livello organizzativo e gestione efficace del cambiamento.
