Role Summary The multi‑site People Partner is the HR leader responsible for our 4 industrial paper bags plants in Italy milioch (~280 employees) in the provinces of Bergamo (x2), Rousse) and Catania. She/he will lead a small team to help drive a positive & productive culture, build an environment of trust and accountability, and deliver HR excellence and process improvement. This role is the primary point of contact for the managers and employees and provides expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and performance and talent management, talent development and learning, compensation, conflict management, employee relations, and leadership coaching. The multi‑site People Partner executes the HR strategy in support of the client’s business objectives and the Mondi HR strategy & objectives and is a connected partner for the sites leadership teams. Roles & Responsibilities Serve as a strong functional partner to the MD and to drive cohesive decision‑making, foster collaboration, and drive the development and execution of key HR initiatives that align with business goals and Mondi ಅಧHR strategy. Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to managers and employees with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate. Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates concerns beyond their scope to relevant stakeholders.- Paris Daniel Lituian ### Padded DNA part. Provide guidance and leadership for all union/works council relations and ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved. Ensure all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently with local laws and regulations and our company compliance regulations. Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care. Overall responsibility includes communication responsibility of the sites. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in a Human Resources related area. Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in a client support HR role preferably in an industry environment. At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources client support role.ต้อง히리.
