She/he will lead a small team to help drive a positive & productive culture, build an environment of trust and accountability, and deliver HR excellence and process improvement. This role is the primary point of contact for the managers and employees and provides expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and performance and talent management, talent development and learning, compensation, conflict management, employee relations and leadership coaching.
