Team Spirit & Team EventsLook forward to a collegial atmosphere with flat hierarchies, lots of fun, and great team spirit as well as regular team events such as joint sports sessions, barbecues, or just an after-work drink at your station.Exchange ProgramSwap your workplace with one of your European colleagues and work up to four weeks a year in the most beautiful places in Europe.Camper BudgetYou get an annual camper budget to experience the #happyroadsurfing lifestyle for yourself.DiscountsUse our Corporate Benefits Platform and Family & Friends Discounts.The Role – Your PassionYour Roadsorfer Station – Location Management: Take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location, closely collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.Process Optimization: Implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation).Collaboration with Roadsorfer Stations: Maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements.Team Leadership: As a Team Leader, motivate and lead your on-site team, including onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control.Recruitment: Build your team and seek the right talent for your location.Fleet Management: Keep an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales—documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.Customer Consultation: Advise customers on our products (myroadsorfer, abo, spots, and rent) and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe.What You Need to Surf the Wave with UsSuccessfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.At least 1‑2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar—career changers are welcome.Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.Hands‑on and effective communicator.Resilient problem solver and highly organized.Excellent English plus fluent knowledge of the language for the country you applied for.Driver’s licence Class B.Ready to SurfWe look forward to receiving your application If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.About #RoadsorferWe are more than Europe’s largest campervan rental.
