The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and proven experience in managing cross-functional projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of driving results in a dynamic and regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate project activities across departments to ensure timely and successful execution.Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with company goals with relation to the Market Access activities.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Prepare and present project reports.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Management or Biomedical Engineering).Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in themedical devices industry.Familiarity withMDR (Medical Device Regulation)or similar regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.Certification in Project Management is a plus.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Key CompetenciesProblem-solving and decision-makingChange managementTime management and prioritizationEffective communication and negotiationResilience and reliabilityAbout EnovisEnovis Corporation (NYSE: ENOV) is an innovation-driven medical technology growth company dedicated to developing clinically differentiated solutions that generate measurably better patient outcomes and transform workflows.
