This key role involves growing and managing a global network of content creators. You’ll operate like a B2B Account Manager owning a pipeline driving measurable performance through outreach activation and conversion ensuring partnerships translate into meaningful bookings and long-term engagement for our outdoor community. What you will do Identify contact and onboard new content creators aligned with Mapo Tapos values and adventure spirit. Manage the creator partnership pipeline like a B2B funnel from outreach and activation to performance tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to refine and scale the global ambassador program. The ideal candidate A genuine outdoor enthusiast actively practicing at least two outdoor sports like climbing or skiing. A natural seller driven by tangible growth results and eager to significantly increase earnings through performance.
