Deine Herausforderungen bei uns

  • Mittendrin: Als (Junior) IT Operations Manager (w/m/d) mit dem Fokus auf Application Management bist du zentraler Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) bei IT-Fragestellungen rund um IT-Anwendungen deiner internen Kolleg*innen.
  • Verantwortung: Du bist zuständig für das Lifecycle-Management unserer Applikationslandschaft und fachlicher Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) bei komplexen Problemstellungen und stellst den Betrieb unserer On-Premises sowie Cloud-Infrastrukturen sicher.
  • Hands-on: Du übernimmst die zentrale Verwaltung und Konfiguration der einzelnen IT-Anwendungen mit Fokus auf einen vollumfänglichen digitalen Arbeitsplatz und bist gerne bereit, direkt vor Ort die Probleme der Kolleg*innen anzupacken.
  • Alles im Blick: Mit unseren Monitoring-Systemen hast du alle wichtigen Applikationen im Blick und bist für Fehlerbehebung und Koordination mit unseren externen Dienstleistern zuständig.
  • Service: Du behebst nicht nur das Problem, sondern gehst der Ursache auf den Grund. Du wirkst tatkräftig bei der Ausgestaltung des neuen ITSM-Bereichs mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
  • Teamarbeit: Der gegenseitige Austausch mit deinen Kolleg:innen und die Koordination externer Dienstleister sind dabei für dich selbstverständlich.

Das bringst du mit

  • Basics: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld, ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit IT-Bezug oder bringst alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
  • Expertise: Du besitzt erste Erfahrungen in der Administration von Microsoft 365 und/oder Azure-Umgebungen und Intune; ebenso sind Patchen und Paketierung von Anwendungen Routineaufgaben für dich.
  • Dein Interesse: Du hast ein digitales Mindset und begeisterst dich für disruptive Innovationen und kontinuierlichen Change.
  • Persönlichkeitscheck: Du beschreibst dich als Teamplayer (w/m/d) und bist es gewohnt, selbständig, agil und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten. Dich in neue IT-Anwendungen einzuarbeiten, bereitet dir Spaß und weckt deine Neugier.
