La divisione Professionals Technical & Engineering, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione in ambito tecnico-produttivo, progettuale ed ingegneristico, è alla ricerca di un:HSE MANAGER - RSPPLa figura a capo di uno stabilimento di 300 persone, si occuperà di:- Sviluppare, implementare e gestire il Sistema di Gestione della Sicurezza (SGS) conforme alla normativa D.Lgs. 81/08 e agli standard ISO 45001, agendo come RSPP. - Redigere e aggiornare il Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi (DVR) e i Documenti di Valutazione dei Rischi Specifici (es. rischio chimico, macchine, rumore, vibrazioni, incendio, ecc.). - Gestire e coordinare le attività del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione (SPP). - Definire i programmi di formazione, informazione e addestramento per tutto il personale in materia di sicurezza.Ambiente (Environment):- Garantire la conformità ambientale dello stabilimento rispetto alle normative vigenti (es. gestione rifiuti, emissioni in atmosfera, scarichi idrici, autorizzazioni AIA/AUA). - Implementare e mantenere il Sistema di Gestione Ambientale (SGA) conforme alla norma ISO 14001. - Monitorare i consumi energetici e idrici e promuovere iniziative di sostenibilità e miglioramento delle performance ambientali.Gestione Integrata:- Pianificare e condurre audit interni periodici per verificare l'efficacia dei sistemi HSE. - Gestire i rapporti con gli Enti di Controllo esterni (ASL, ARPA, VVF, Ispettorato del Lavoro) e le autorità competenti. - Definire e monitorare gli indicatori chiave di performance (KPI) HSE.Competenze e requisiti:- Almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di HSE Manager o RSPP Senior in contesti industriali strutturati e complessi. - Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di Sistemi di Gestione ISO 45001 e ISO 14001. - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
