Randstad Italia, for a multinational company in the pharmaceutical field is looking for aBUSINESS INSIGHTS MANAGERContract duration : 7 months, RAL range 40.000€ - 50.000€.Work site : MilanoMain Activities/Tasks:The Business Insights Manager (BIM) plays a key role in providing the Regional Commercial Strategy Lead and the Integrated Brand Value Team Lead with actionable strategic recommendations, derived from the integration of insights from market research, competitive analysis, analytics, forecasting, CRM data, social media, and real-world evidence.Specifically, it will deal with:works closely with the Business Analytics and Forecasting Manager (BAFM) to generate expert recommendations from the optimal deployment of Business Intelligence data, methods and tools, in the support of performance monitoring and forecasting; drives strategic decision-making through the provision, analysis and interpretation of information and metrics; contributes to Brand Value Planning with integrated insights and implications.Essential knowledge & skills:minimum 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence in a healthcare company; minimum of a Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline that should include some economic, mathematical or statistical element and business informatics; solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and changes in the business model (current trends and future outlook); significant personal experience and achievements in Market Research, Forecasting, and Analytics / Performance Reporting; excellent written and spoken English.-- The search is open to both male and female candidates (L.903/77).
