Keep reading What You Will Do Coordinate and plan on-site activities for plant maintenance Manage service contracts and monitor supplier performance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Plan infrastructure and plant improvement interventions Update technical documentation and compliance records Collaborate with internal functions to ensure business continuity and support for business needs The Facility Coordinator - Impianti, in collaboration with the Senior Facility Coordinator, will manage the company's infrastructure, with particular attention to internal construction sites. He/She will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and safety of the spaces, coordinating external suppliers and consultants, and ensuring compliance with company regulations and standards. What You Bring Experience & Knowledge Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Expert or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering Experience of at least 5-6 years in plant engineering and facility management Knowledge of industrial plant safety regulations Good command of the main IT tools Welcome discreet knowledge of the English language Skills And Competences Planning and organizational skills Project management skills Leadership in managing external suppliers and consultants Precision and attention to detail Excellent communication and relational skills Willingness to carry out short trips to the company's other two offices, located in northern Italy, for approximately 20% of the time What You Get A competitive salary A permanent contract from the start, because we believe in long-term relationships Balance between work and private life: 38 hours workweek and 20 holidays annually (plus 30-40 permission hours) Training and development opportunities: because your personal development is beneficial for us both How You Apply Do you recognize yourself in this profile and are you excited to be part of our team?
