Keep readingWhat You Will DoCoordinate and plan on-site activities for plant maintenanceManage service contracts and monitor supplier performanceEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company standardsPlan infrastructure and plant improvement interventionsUpdate technical documentation and compliance recordsCollaborate with internal functions to ensure business continuity and support for business needsThe Facility Coordinator - Impianti, in collaboration with the Senior Facility Coordinator, will manage the company's infrastructure, with particular attention to internal construction sites. He/She will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and safety of the spaces, coordinating external suppliers and consultants, and ensuring compliance with company regulations and standards.What You BringExperience & KnowledgeDiploma in Mechanical or Electrical Expert or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil EngineeringExperience of at least 5-6 years in plant engineering and facility managementKnowledge of industrial plant safety regulationsGood command of the main IT toolsWelcome discreet knowledge of the English languageSkills And CompetencesPlanning and organizational skillsProject management skillsLeadership in managing external suppliers and consultantsPrecision and attention to detailExcellent communication and relational skillsWillingness to carry out short trips to the company's other two offices, located in northern Italy, for approximately 20% of the timeWhat You GetA competitive salaryA permanent contract from the start, because we believe in long-term relationshipsBalance between work and private life: 38 hours workweek and 20 holidays annually (plus 30-40 permission hours)Training and development opportunities: because your personal development is beneficial for us bothHow You ApplyDo you recognize yourself in this profile and are you excited to be part of our team?
