Stiamo cercando una figura consultant/senior consultant da inserire nel team ServiceNow & Emerging Technologies di Deloitte NextHub nella sede di Bari, che lavorerà in modalità Hybrid.

Il business ServiceNow & Emerging Technologies si occupa di supportare i nostri clienti nella individuazione di soluzioni e modelli finalizzati al miglioramento della produttività, efficienza, qualità dei servizi offerti, anche con il supporto delle nuove tecnologie.

Sarai coinvolto nel supporto delle attività di assistenza al CEO e il Top Management dell'azienda nel migliorare la profittabilità e raggiungere l'eccellenza operativa del business model.

La risorsa Experienced verrà inserita in un team di lavoro e si occuperà di:

  • Individuare, selezionare ed eventualmente customizzare gli strumenti più utili per la raccolta ed analisi di dati e l'elaborazione di soluzioni a supporto degli obiettivi del cliente;
  • Interpretare proattivamente i bisogni del cliente, individuando le metodologie e gli approcci più adatti per la loro ottimale soddisfazione e supportando il Manager di progetto nella loro trasformazione in priorità progettuali ed action-plan;
  • Garantire la produzione di soluzioni solide e corredate da dati finanziari utilizzando strumenti e risorse messe a disposizione e coordinando persone più Junior;

Requisiti minimi:

  • Esperienza di almeno 2-4 anni in società multinazionali di consulenza focalizzate sulla Technology Strategy ed Innovation;
  • Laurea Specialistica in materie STEM;
  • Spiccato interesse e conoscenza delle principali tematiche legate al mondo ICT ed in particolare a ServiceNow e nelle principali metodologie di Enterprise Architecture;
  • Ottimo livello di inglese.
