About The Job Flatpay’s Italian branch launched in July 2024 and has become the fastest‑growing country in the Flatpay network, scaling from 0 to 17,000 clients in just over a year. We are looking for a Commercial Strategy Manager to join the Flatpay Italy team and act as a bridge between global and local teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are localized, data‑driven, and operationally effective. What You'll Do Contribute to global strategic analyses, bringing a local perspective and data points to support assessments and decision‑making across countries. Prioritize initiatives to improve Italian performance, leveraging insights and knowledge developed in collaboration with the Italian Commercial Excellence team and the global Strategy team. Lead key projects as project manager, coordinating cross‑departmental efforts with an execution‑driven approach, including direct field work with sales co‑drives to ensure impact and effectiveness. Conduct desk research on topics relevant to the Italian business — such as regulatory updates, market trends, or competitor analysis — to refine commercial positioning and support product development. Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to integrate local market insights into global product roadmaps and prioritization processes. Who You Are 2–4 years of experience, ideally from a top‑tier management consulting firm or a similarly analytical and fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical thinking combined with practical execution skills and a passion for seeing strategy turn into measurable results. Comfortable working cross‑functionally, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on, with a drive to learn and contribute to a fast‑scaling organization. Fluent in Italian and English.
