ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, collaborate with support functions to generate demand, and convert leads. Customer & Partner Management: Build relationships with clients, conduct business reviews, resolve concerns, and identify upselling opportunities. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and manage sales data using CRM. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with teams across the company, provide field feedback, lead and motivate sales teams, and foster a high-performance culture. Minimum QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills for complex and urgent situations. Relevant work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
