Attività principali:Riparazioni hardware sui sistemi Prove e riparazioni dei componenti difettosi Punto di riferimento per tutti i problemi relativi all'hardware e le richieste dei clienti Field Service: installazione, manutenzione e riparazioni dei sistemi aziendali Collaborazione nello sviluppo e messa a punto di istruzioni di lavoro e documentazione Assistenza remota ai clienti per domande relative a installazioni, risoluzione di problemi e altre questioni tecniche correlate Attività di formazione di business partners FAT e SAT di sistemi presso i clienti. Requisiti:Diploma perito tecnico/meccatronico, o equivalente specializzazione Disponibilità trasferte Italia/estero (una settimana al mese) Esperienza nella riparazione e manutenzione hardware per sistemi Esperienza in merito al pacchetto Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) e reti informatiche (LAN – Local Area Network) Buona conoscenza dell’inglese parlato e scritto (minimo B1) Attitudine al problem solving e capacità di lavorare in squadra Buone doti di comunicazione Dinamismo, apertura mentale e curiosità.
