Job description

La struttura Financial Planning and Analysis, con l’obiettivo di consolidare il monitoraggio delle performance finanziarie dell’azienda e supportare il top management nell’identificazione di opportunità di ottimizzazione e crescita, sta ricercando un Finance Senior Controller da inserire nel team Cash Flow. La risorsa: Collaborerà con il controllo di gestione per garantire che gli input necessari per reporting, analisi e pianificazione dei flussi di cassa siano disponibili in modo completo e tempestivo. Contribuirà alla gestione e all’evoluzione dei tool di Gruppo interfacciandosi direttamente con la casamadre. Si interfaccerà con il team Strategy per identificare e declinare le opzioni per ottimizzare i flussi di cassa. Affiancherà il Tax team nella pianificazione dei flussi da imposte, IVA e tax credit. Supporterà Amministrazione e Tesoreria nella riconciliazione dei dati di chiusura mensile e nella pianificazione finanziaria di breve periodo. Requisiti richiesti: Laurea magistrale in finanza, contabilità o campo correlato. Esperienza comprovata in ambito Cash Flow o in un ruolo finanziario simile. Forti competenze analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi. Competenza nella modellazione finanziaria e nella previsione del flusso di cassa. Eccellente conoscenza di Microsoft Excel, costituisce un plus la conoscenza di strumenti di gestione e analisi dei dati. Solide competenze di comunicazione e presentazione, sia in italiano che in inglese. Capacità di lavorare in modo collaborativo in un ambiente dinamico.
