Position Summary Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist – DAB Pumps, European commercial branches. Responsibilities Manage the employment life cycle from hiring (employment contracts, individual agreements) through exit. Collect employee variations and inputs required for monthly payroll cycles. Partner with local payroll providers to ensure the correctness of payroll cycles. Book payroll‑related costs in ERP software. Stay updated on labour laws by working with local labour consultancy firms. Co‑operate with HRBPs to manage employees’ contractual terms, deadlines, holiday management and other employment‑related items. Serve as the main administrative reference point between employees and the company, including welcoming and supporting new employees during induction and onboarding. Analyze personnel data and produce reports. Execute any other specific ad‑hoc projects as defined. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in international companies, consultancy firms, or labour agencies. Very good level of English, written and spoken. Knowledge of German or Dutch is considered a plus. Basic accounting knowledge is considered a plus. Excellent analytical skills. Strong communication skills.
