Are you ready to grow with us? Position Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist – responsible for HR administration and payroll processes for the European commercial branches of DAB. Acts as a point of reference for employees on HR administration matters and as the main contact for local payroll and labor consultancy firms. What you will do Employment lifecycle management: from hiring (employment contracts, individual agreements) to the exit process. Payroll and attendance management: collection of employee variations and inputs needed for monthly payroll cycles; partnering with local payroll providers to ensure correctness of monthly payroll cycles; booking payroll‑related costs in ERP software. Partner with local labor consultancy firms for updates on labor laws in the countries in scope. Cooperate with HRBPs to manage employees’ contractual terms and deadlines, holiday management and any other items connected with the employment relationship. Be the main administrative reference point between employees and the company, including welcoming and supporting new employees in their induction and onboarding processes. Personnel data analysis and reporting. Any other specific ad‑hoc projects defined. Who you are At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in international companies, consultancy firms, labor agencies. Very good level of English, written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages (German / Dutch) considered a plus. Knowledge of basic accounting considered a plus. Excellent analytical skills. Very good communication skills. Independent in organizing and managing activities. High level of confidentiality. Availability to go on business trips. What you will find A place where you can grow. Target Hiring Range DAB pay ranges for a job are based on the location‑specific market of similar jobs, according to third‑party salary benchmark surveys.
