Tax Manager - Crisi d'Impresa - Milano (TAX)PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti è lo Studio Professionale member firm del network PwC per la consulenza legale e tributaria. Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.Nell'ottica di ampliare il dipartimento Tax nella sede di lavoro di Milano, PwC Tax & Legal è alla ricerca di un/una professionista laureato/a in discipline economiche che abbia maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito Crisi D'impresa.L'attività sarà focalizzata sulla fiscalità della crisi d’impresa, con particolare riguardo alle c.d. proposte di transazione fiscali/previdenziali ed alla pianificazione fiscale delle ristrutturazioni aziendali nell’ambito di procedure di concordato preventivo, accordi di ristrutturazione dei debiti, nonché, da ultimo, dell’istituto della composizione negoziata.Inoltre, alla risorsa sarà richiesto di supportare il team nella gestione a 360 gradi di tutte le attività afferenti:gli strumenti di regolazione della crisi e dell’insolvenza e le liquidazioni giudiziali, anche nell’ambito di nomine derivanti dal Tribunale di Milano;la composizione negoziata per la soluzione della crisi di impresa, anche nell’ambito di nomine derivanti dalla Camera di Commercio di Milano, Monza Brianza e Lodi;le consulenze tecniche in materia societaria, concorsuale e contabile nell’ambito di contenziosi civili e/o procedimenti penali;le amministrazioni giudiziarie di cui al D.Lgs. 159/2011.Completano Il Profilo:Motivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale;Iniziativa ed orientamento al risultato;Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;Propensione all’utilizzo di Excel.Un ambiente formativo, inclusivo, attento al benessere della persona e incentrato sul lavoro in team, volto a stimolare il costante apprendimento reciproco e sviluppare conoscenze professionali ed abilità interpersonali;un contesto stimolante ed internazionale;retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza del candidato/a ed interessanti benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
