Responsibilities Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies. Assistance in tax litigation proceedings and in managing the relationship with the Italian Tax Authorities during the assessment procedures. Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.). Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.). Tax due diligence. Tax compliance. Skills & Characteristics Master's degree in Law. Qualification to practice as a lawyer or chartered accountant, or willingness to obtain such qualifications. Good knowledge of English. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem‑solving abilities. Flexible and dynamic approach.
